Parrotel Aqua Park Resort, Sharm el-Sheikh

The hotel offers very good rooms that are clean and organized, providing a comfortable stay with an amazing view. However, some maintenance issues like non-working showers and wall damages were noted. The service was friendly and cooperative overall, although not consistently professional. The location is good and near the sea but a bit distant from key areas. The dining options were average with limited variety, and the closing time was early at 30 minutes before the expected time.

I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The room was spacious, clean, and right across from the Aqua park, which was my favorite part. The service was top-notch, especially thanks to Mr Abdou who was amazing and very respectful. The location, though a bit far from infrastructural sites, was beautiful and had so many enjoyable activities. The dining experience, while offering good variety in the dinner buffet, lacked some healthy options and daily menu variety I wished for.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were made special for us but felt a bit Spartan, lacking tea and coffee makers. Unfortunately, there were issues with the shower, wall paper peeling off, and cut cables on lamps and phone. The service was exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure a memorable vacation. The location was convenient for access to the strip and had a nice vibe, just 10 minutes from the airport and Soho Square. The dining experience had both good and bad points, including a varied and tasty selection but ending early at 9:00. Overall, the facilities were functional with some areas needing improvement.
